Foraging and floral composition

Foraging and floral composition

18-20 Sept 2026|
English
Step into the landscape, gather seasonal plants and flowers with care, and transform them into thoughtful floral compositions. Working with your hands, balancing shape and colour, and creating beauty becomes a quiet practice of focus and calm.

In September, we explore arrangements in a vase, learning proportion and natural harmony.
In November, we create seasonal wreaths to bring nature and meaning into the winter months and the Christmas season. More than the finished piece, it is the attentive gesture and the pleasure of making that matter. You will return home not only with your creation, but with a new ritual, the art of bringing nature indoors.

Gather in the Fall

Gather in the Fall

30 Sept - 4 Oct 2026|
English

Gather is an autumn retreat devoted to slowing down, listening, and reconnecting with body, breath, and presence. Rooted in the landscape and the rhythm of the harvest season, this retreat offers space to pause, integrate, and return to what feels essential.

Set among olive groves and open rolling hills, days unfold gently through daily yoga and meditation practices, simple seasonal rituals, and quiet time in nature. Gentle movement, breath, and stillness support grounding and balance, while walks through the land and shared moments around the fire invite connection and reflection.

Seasonal, farm-to-table meals nourish both body and spirit, supporting a sense of ease and belonging throughout the retreat.

By the end of Gather, you’ll feel grounded, replenished, and attuned to the rhythm of autumn, carrying a deeper sense of balance, presence, and connection back into everyday life.

Mushrooms – The Experience

Mushrooms – The Experience

30 Oct - 1 Nov 2026|
English
More than learning to identify mushrooms, this experience offers a true forest bathing: breathing in the woodland air, listening to subtle sounds, slowing your pace and refining your senses. Each walk is also an exercise in respect for nature, embracing conscious and responsible mycological practices, avoiding overharvesting and minimising environmental impact. Between walks, there is time to return to the farmhouse, warm the body in the sauna, immerse yourself in the natural pool or simply be, following the flow of the day. You will return home feeling calmer and more alert after spending time surrounded by pure nature.

Willow - The Expereience

Willow - The Expereience

4-6 Dec 2026|
English
An ancient craft, deeply connected to landscape, water, and slow time. This weekend is dedicated to learning the basic techniques of willow weaving in a calm and immersive environment. This is a gathering for those who value traditional crafts, conscious learning, and the simple pleasure of creating something with their own hands. Willow is a fast-growing, renewable natural material traditionally used in basketry and weaving. It can be harvested annually without harming the plant and is fully biodegradable, returning naturally to the soil at the end of its life. Requiring minimal processing and often grown locally along riverbanks, willow has a very low environmental footprint. Its use supports traditional skills and transforms a simple plant into durable, functional everyday objects.

This weekend invites you to slow down through manual work with wool and explore traditional techniques in an intimate and attentive environment. Guided by experienced artisans, participants learn at their own pace, working closely with the raw material and the time it requires.

Working with wool becomes a simple and grounding practice, where the hands are occupied and the mind finds rest.

Limited to a small group, this is a weekend to learn without haste and enjoy a profoundly restorative break.

 Botanical Watercolour – The Experience

Botanical Watercolour – The Experience

21-23 May 2027|
English
Botany, colour and paper: this weekend invites you to observe the flora and translate it into delicate watercolours. Each brushstroke is an exercise in presence; each blend of colour, an invitation to calm and contemplation. More than the final painting, what matters is the process: noticing textures, nuances and forms, honouring the rhythm of nature and one’s own rhythm. One delicate gesture after another, where learning to see becomes just as essential as learning to create. Upon returning, you will take with you the calm and positive energy that drawing in nature provides, along with a new hobby.
