The Experiences

Um Retiro de Verão Profundo (10-14 June 2026)

A sun-soaked immersion of movement, rest, nature, and sound.

Golden Season is a deep summer retreat shaped by warmth, abundance, and a slower rhythm of being. Held at the height of the season, it offers five nights to soften, open, and reconnect with body and land through yoga, rest, and shared moments in nature.

Daily practices balance summer’s fire with cooling, nourishing movement, combining fluid flows, grounding postures, and spacious stillness. Time unfolds gently, with space to swim, rest, read, and simply be, allowing afternoons to stretch without agenda.

Seasonal rituals honour the sun, while sound journeys with Alchemy crystal singing bowls and a relaxed outdoor drawing session invite deeper presence and attentive observation of the landscape. Fresh, seasonal meals are prepared with care and shared slowly.

By the end of the retreat, you’ll feel grounded, restored, and attuned to the rhythm of deep summer, carrying its ease and warmth back into everyday life.

An Autumn Gather (30 Sep-04 Oct 2026)

Gather is an autumn retreat devoted to slowing down, listening, and reconnecting with body, breath, and presence. Rooted in the landscape and the rhythm of the harvest season, this retreat offers space to pause, integrate, and return to what feels essential.

Set among olive groves and open rolling hills, days unfold gently through daily yoga and meditation practices, simple seasonal rituals, and quiet time in nature. Gentle movement, breath, and stillness support grounding and balance, while walks through the land and shared moments around the fire invite connection and reflection.

Seasonal, farm-to-table meals nourish both body and spirit, supporting a sense of ease and belonging throughout the retreat.

By the end of Gather, you’ll feel grounded, replenished, and attuned to the rhythm of autumn, carrying a deeper sense of balance, presence, and connection back into everyday life.

Spring Resonance (14–18 Apr 2027)

A transformative 5-day journey of movement, nature and sound.

Join us for a transformative four-night retreat, where every moment invites connection, relaxation, and renewal. This retreat celebrates the abundant energy of late spring and guides you on a journey of self-discovery and growth.

Each day begins with yoga practices designed to harmonise body and spirit, attuning to the vibrant rhythms of the season. Through mindful movement, grounding postures, and breath, you'll experience the balance of energy and stillness, just as nature does in spring.
