Slow Practices offers weekends devoted to the body, the breath, rest and presence.
Through embodied and sensory practices such as yoga, conscious breathing, sound, gentle movement, drawing and nature walks, each gathering invites the restoration of energy, clarity and balance, in harmony with the natural rhythm of the place.
