Full Moon Mystics Retreat
Step into the magic of the Harvest Full Moon and join us for a transformative four-night yoga retreat that honours the turning of the seasons, the moon's mystical energy, and the wisdom of the natural world.
As summer begins to soften into autumn, we find ourselves at a beautiful threshold between light and dark, abundance and release, expansion and introspection. The full moon invites us to pause, illuminate what lies beneath the surface and reconnect with our intuition, while the changing season reminds us of the beauty of letting go and embracing the natural cycles of transformation. Over five immersive days, we will journey through lunar ceremonies, seasonal rituals, nature connections, meditation, gentle movement and alchemy sound. It's an invitation to slow down, to listen deeply, reconnect with your inner wisdom and find beauty in the ever-changing rhythms of life.
It's a gathering for the curious, the seekers and the soulful.
A space to release, restore and realign, held within the mystery of the moon and the turning wheel of the seasons.

For guests arriving from abroad, we organise a group transfer from Lisbon, which is included in the price. Closer to the retreat date, we will share the meeting point and timing. If you live in Portugal and wish to use the group transfer, this is also possible. If you prefer to drive, we will send you detailed directions in advance. Private transfers can also be arranged upon request (at an additional cost). Please note: flights are not included in the retreat price.
Are the yoga classes suitable for beginners?
Yes. The retreat is designed for both beginners and experienced practitioners. All practices are offered with variations and guidance so everyone can participate comfortably and safely.

In addition to your usual travel essentials, we recommend bringing:
• Comfortable yoga / movement clothes
• Walking or hiking shoes
• Bathing suit & flip flops

Expect seasonal, nourishing, local food, prepared with care. Mostly plant-based, with occasional meat options. Alcoholic drinks are not included, but are available to order on-site.
Do I need travel insurance?
Yes, we strongly recommend purchasing personal travel insurance. In the rare event that the retreat needs to be cancelled or rescheduled due to force majeure, we can only refund the retreat cost itself and cannot cover additional expenses such as flights. We recommend a policy that includes:
• Medical coverage
• “Cancel for any reason” option
• (Some credit cards also offer travel insurance benefits.)
What is your cancellation & transfer policy?
Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details here. Tickets may be transferred to another person up to 3 days before the retreat start date, by contacting us via email. After this period, our standard cancellation policy applies. Purchasing travel insurance is strongly advised.
