More than learning to identify mushrooms, this experience offers a true forest bathing: breathing in the woodland air, listening to subtle sounds, slowing your pace and refining your senses. Each walk is also an exercise in respect for nature, embracing conscious and responsible mycological practices, avoiding overharvesting and minimising environmental impact.
Between walks, there is time to return to the farmhouse, warm the body in the sauna, immerse yourself in the natural pool or simply be, following the flow of the day.
You will return home feeling calmer and more alert after spending time surrounded by pure nature.
